Barbecue Spare Ribs

4 Country style spare ribs; (meaty)

Sauce:
1 c Ketchup
1/4 c Brown sugar
3 tb Molasses
2 tb Onion; dried or fresh
3 tb Soy sauce


Bake ribs in pan on a rack at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Coat generously with sauce on top and sides of ribs and bake another 15 minutes. Turn ribs; coat top and pour rest of sauce over ribs and bake approximately 15 minutes more. Extra sauce in roasting pan makes a delicious sauce over rice. Sauce: Mix well; do not cook.
