Pork Steak and Noodle Casserole

2 lb Pork steak; cubed
2 c Dried cleery
2 c Dried onions
2 cn Cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pk (large) wide noodles


Brown meat and add celery and onions. Saute until almost tender. Add soup and salt and pepper. Boil noodles 5 minutes in salt water. Drain and mix with mixture. Pour into large pan. May add milk if you like more moist. Top with Velveeta cheese slices and crushed potatoe chips. Bake at 35 degrees for 2 hours.
