Pork Chop Lima Casserole

4 Pork chops
3 c Limas drained, reserve liqui
1 Green pepper, diced
1 ts Oil
1/3 c Hot water
1/3 c Tomato catsup
1 Onion

Season chops. Brown in oil with onion. Place green pepper, limas and chops in layers in an oven proof casserole dish. Add hot water to pan drippings with catsup and bring to a boil. Pour over layered casserole. Add the bean liquid as needed while baking in the oven. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hrs.
