Pork Medalions Chinese Style 6 Pork medallions trimmed of All fat
1 ts Dry mustard
1 tb Sugar
2 tb Honey or applesauce
2 tb Oil
3/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Dry sherry, or madera
1 tb Grated fresh gingeroot
1 lg Clove garlic crushed
Blend all ingredients but pork and bring to slow boil . Let simmer to
blend flavors for about 1/2 hour stirring to prevent sticking. Saute
pork medallions in 1 t oil or in pan coated with pan spray. When pork
