Jerk Pork

2 Jalapenos, chopped
3 Green onions, chopped
4 1/2 tb Allspice, ground
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Nutmeg, ground
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
2 Garlic cloves, chopped
1 ts Ginger, grated
4 Bay leaves, crumbled
2 tb Oil
2 lb Pork chops

Place peppers, green onions, herbs and spices in a food processor. Finely chop to form a paste. Add oil and puree until smooth. Rub on both sides of pork and let stand 30 minutes. Grill on barbecue.
