Honey Garlic Pork Chops

12 Boneless center-cut pork chops -- 6-oz. each
3/4 c Lemon juice
3/4 c Honey
6 tb Soy sauce
3 tb Dry sherry
6 cl Garlic; minced

Combine all ingredients except pork chops. Pour over pork chops and place in covered container in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours. Remove chops from marinade; reserving marinade. Grill pork five inches from heat source 12-15 minutes, turning once, to an internal temperature of 155-160[F. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade.
