Plum Pork with Water Chestnuts 500 g Pork; chopped
3 tb Cornflour
1 sm Can water chestnuts
3 tb Plum sauce
5 tb Water
1 tb Vinegar
4 tb Vegetable oil
Cut the pork into cubes and dust with cornflour, fry in hot oil until brown
and set aside. Slice the water chestnuts into two each. Blend the plum
sauce, water and vinegar. In a clean wok, heat the sauce, blend gently and
add the pork. Stir rapidly for 1 minute, serve hot with rice or noodles.
