Pork Chop Casserole 6 Pork chops
1 1/2 c Rice (raw measure, cooked halfway)
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Milk
Brown pork chops in a little oil. Set aside. Spread half-cooked rice in
bottom of casserole dish. Stir in mushroom soup. Sprinkle with salt and
pepper to taste. Place pork chops on top of rice mixture. Pour in enough
milk to cover rice. Bake at 350 degrees until milk is absorbed in the rice
and the pork chops are done.
