Honey Ham Kabobs

1 c Sugar, brown; firmly packed
1/2 c Honey
1/2 c Orange juice
1 1/2 lb Ham steak; fully cooked, cut into 1" cubes
1 sm Pineapple; peeled, cored and cut into 1" cubes
16 lg Olives, pimiento-stuffed


Combine brown sugar, honey, and orange juice; mix well, and set aside.

Alternate ham, pineapple, and olives on skewers. Grill over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes, turning often. Baste liberally with honey mixture after each turn.
