Dijon Honey Chops

1 1/2 lb Pork loin chops; about
3/4 Inch thick
Seasoned salt for sprinkling
1 tb Vegetable oil
1/3 c Orange juice
1 1/2 tb Dijon mustard
1 tb Honey
2 ts Cornstarch

Sprinkle both sides of chops liberally with seasoned salt. In large skillet, heat oil; brown chops, about 2 minutes per side. In bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour mixture over chops. Cover skillet, reduce heat to low and simmer 8 - 10 minutes, or til done.
