Bow Tie Ham Salad
2 c Ham; julienned
2 c Broccoli florets; blanched
2 c Cooked bow tie pasta
1/4 c Chopped bell pepper
1/4 c Chopped onion
1/4 c Oil
1/4 c White wine vinegar
3 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
1 Garlic clove; minced
In large non-metal bowl, combine ham, broccoli, pasta, bell pepper,
and onion; mix well. In small bowl, with wire whisk or fork, combine
remaining ingredients; add to ham mixture and mix well. Cover;
refrigerate several hours or overnight.
