Ham Loaf

1 lb Ground lean pork
2 lb Ground smoked ham
1 c Bread crumbs
2 Eggs
1 c Milk
1 tb Minced onion
1 1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Water
1/2 c Vinegar
1 ts Prepared mustard


Mix pork and ham. Add bread crumbs, eggs, milk and onion. Mix thoroughly. Form into a loaf. To make sauce, blend brown sugar, water, vinegar and mustard. Bake ham loaf at 325 degrees for 2 hours, basting frequently with sauce. Serve with remaining sauce. Yield: 8 servings.
