Ham Loaf

1 c Milk
2 Eggs; beaten
1 c Cracker crumbs
1 lb Ham, smoked; cooked, ground
1 lb Pork, lean; ground
3/4 c Sugar, brown; firmly packed
1/4 c Vinegar
1/4 c Water
1 1/2 tb Mustard, dry


Combine milk, eggs, and cracker crumbs; add meat, mixing well. Shape into a loaf, and place on a shallow baking pan.

Combine remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Pour over ham loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
