Chicken and Ham Soup

5 c Clear chicken stock
1/2 c White wine
2 sl Mild cooked ham, fat removed and shredded
1/2 c Lightly cooked fresh peas
1 tb Chopped fresh tarragon -OR- 1/2 ts Dried tarragon
1 tb Chopped parsley

Heat chicken stock in large saucepan. When stock is hot, add wine, ham, peas and tarragon. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
