12 oz Cream cheese
1/2 c Shredded carrot
1/2 c Shredded zucchini
2 ts Dill weed
1/2 ts Pepper
1/2 lb Thinly sliced fully cooked ham
1/2 lb Thinly sliced cooked turkey
1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, carrot, zucchini, dill and pepper.
Spread about 2 tablespoonfuls on each slice of ham and turkey. Roll up
tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Slice into 1 1/2 inch
pieces. Yield: 3 to 4 dozen.
