Autumn Pork Roast

3 pounds pork roast -- (3 to 4)
Salt -- to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper -- to taste
1 cup cranberries -- finely chopped
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg


Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooking slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over roast. Cover. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
