Barbecue Pork Strips 1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 garlic cloves -- crushed
1/8 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 can pineapple chunks - (8 oz) -- do not drain
3 pounds lean pork -- cut into strips, browned, and drained
Combine all ingredients except pork strips in slow cooker and stir well. Add pork and stir to coat. Cook on LOW, covered, for 8 to 10 hours. Serve with sauce. This recipe yields about 15 servings. Barbecue Pork Strips printer friendly version located here. Click Back to return. |
