Potatoes Tomatoes and Ham

6 cups Potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
2 cups Cooked Ham, chopped
1 (14 1/2 or 16-ounce) can Whole Tomatoes, undrained, chopped
2 tablespoons Margarine or Butter


Lightly grease slow cooker. Layer half of all the ingredients - the potatoes, onion, flour, salt, pepper, ham, tomatoes, and butter, in the order listed; then repeat the layers.

Cover; cook on high setting for 1 hour. Reduce to low setting; cook 5 to 6 hours or until potatoes are tender. Stir before serving.
