Quick and Easy Barbecue Ham

2 pounds chipped, chopped ham (any ham will do and the least expensive is usually better!)
2 bottles (16 oz. each) your favorite bbq sauce
1/4 C. uncooked rice (any type, minute or fully cook style works. This is simply a filler)

Place all in pot, rice on top, stir around. The rice simply serves as a "filler" and makes a neat addition to the sandwich. Cook on low all day (from 2 hours to 10 hours) I prefer to cook on low for about 4 hours then put on "Keep Warm" if I can. Serve on toasted buns for a quick and simple summer time meal. *note: the rice in this keeps the bbq sauce from becoming too scorched and helps keep the sauce on the bun and meat! You do NOT have to add it if you prefer not to or don't have it.
