Roast Loin of Pork Californy 3-4 pound loin of pork
1 cup ketchup[ 1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 TB brown sugar
1/2 cup beef bouillon
1/2 Ts chili powder (or to taste)
1 bay leaf
Brown pork roast in broiler for 15 to 30 minutes to remove any excess fat. Place meat in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour over met.
