Scalloped Ham and Potatoes

6 serving-size slices ham, 1/4-inch thick
6-8 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
3/4 cup chopped onions
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup

Layer half of the ham, half of the potatoes and half of the onions in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then add half the grated cheese. Repeat layers.

Spread undiluted soup evenly over top so air does not reach potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook on low 8 hours, or until tender. Makes 4-6 servings.
