Smoked Boneless Pork Ribs

3-lbs Bones Pork Ribs
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/8 cup Liquid Smoke
1 bottle of Jack Daniel Grilling Sauce (Hickory flavored)


Partially thaw the ribs, enough to cut in half. Salt and pepper each piece. Place in slow cooker (Slow cooker). Sprinkle the Liquid Smoke over the ribs. Pour the whole bottle of Sauce over ribs. Cover and cook on "HIGH" 1-1/2 hours, change setting to "LOW" and cook overnight.
