Funky Ham

1/2 cup maple syrup (or maple flavored pancake syrup)
2 tbsp prepared mustard
squirt of lemon or lime juice
1/4 cup Soya sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
dash of hot sauce if you're brave
2 tbsp brown sugar
fresh ground pepper


Drizzle half over ham in CP and bake for 3-4 hours on low. Drizzle remaining sauce on and cook another 2 hours on high. I dressed it for the table with some chopped green onions and served it with scalloped potatoes.
