Ham and Scalloped Potatoes

1 lb ham (deli-style)
11 potatoes (peeled and sliced)
1 lg onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
salt & pepper to taste (sprinkle on potatoes)


Put half of the potatoes, onion, ham and cheese in slow cooker. Repeat with remaining half. Spoon undiluted soup over the top. Cook on low for 7 - 8 hours.
