Pork Chops with Gravy

4 to 5 lean pork chops
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can water

Brown pork chops in heavy skillet, then layer in slow cooker, putting all browned crumbs in also. Pour mushroom soup and water over; cook on high for 1 hour, then on low until tender, turning 2 or 3 times during cooking.
