Pork Chops and Apples

1 small onion, thin sliced
2 granny smith apples, peel, cored and sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp flour
4 pork loin chops (3/4" thick)
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. apple juice
1/4 c. chicken broth

Place onions and garlic in slow cooker. Add apples. Season pork chops and lightly dust chops with flour. Arrange pork chops on top, overlapping each other. Pour apple juice and broth over chops. Cook on low setting until chops are fork tender (about 8 hrs).

Gently lift out pork chops and place on serving dish. Stir and spoon out sauce and apples over chops.
