Ham and Scalloped Potatoes

2 1/2 cups diced ham
8 med. potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
2 onions, peeled & thinly sliced
1 green pepper, chopped fine
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 10 oz. can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 tsp. dry mustard mixed with 1 tsp. cold water (opt. may be added to soup)


Layer ham, onions, potatoes and green pepper in CP. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheddar over dry ingredients. Pour soup mixture over all. Cover and cook on Low 8-10 hours. High 4 hours.
