Ham Balls

2 pounds ham -- ground
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1 pinch salt

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 cup hot water

Mix the first four ingredients together and shape into balls. Pour sauce over balls and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees or in a slow cooker for 2 to 3 hours on HIGH or 4 to 6 hours on LOW.
