Barbecue Beef-pork Sandwiches 1 1/2 lbs stew beef
1 1/2 lbs pork cubes
2 c. chopped onion
6 oz can tomato paste
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 T. chili powder
2 t. salt
2 t. worcestershire sauce
1 t. dry mustard
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high for 8 hours. At the end of the 8 hours use a wire whisk to break up meats and shred. Serve on buns or hard rolls.
