Pineapple-cranberry Pork Loin

4 pounds pork loin roast
Salt -- to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper -- to taste
1 can crushed pineapple - (16 oz)
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 can cranberry sauce
1/4 teaspoon cloves

Season roast with salt and pepper, and place in slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours on LOW. To serve, slice and spoon sauce over each portion.
