North Carolina Pork Barbeque

3 to 4 pounds pork butt, shoulder or blade roast
15 ounce can whole tomatoes
1/2 cup vinegar
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper


Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 10 hours or High for 5 hours.
