Pork Chops and Stuffing

4-6 Medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thickly
4-6 Boneless pork chops
1 6 ounce package of stuffing mix
1 Cup of hot water
1 Tablespoon of soft butter
Salt and pepper to taste


Place potatoes in a 31/2-quart or larger slow cooker; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Top with pork chops; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.

Combine stuffing mix with 1 cup hot water and 1 tablespoon of softened butter. Spoon over the pork chops.

Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
