Pork Roast

1 pork roast(fat removed)
garlic powder or minced garlic(to taste)
1 medium chopped onion
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper(to taste)
1 C. water
2 Tbs. worcestershire sauce

Place all in slow cooker and cook on low for at least 10 hrs or high for 5 hrs. Remove bay leaves and pork. Keep pork warm and add 2 Tbs. cornstarch that has been mixed with a bit of cold water to the juices in a saucepan to thicken. This makes a great gravy for mashed potatoes or noodles.
