Pulled Pork and Beef Barbeque

1 pound lean beef cubes
1 pound center pork chops
32 ounces ketchup
32 ounces water
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
Salt -- to taste

Cut all meat into strips or cubes, mix all ingredients and cook in slow cooker until meat is tender and will pull apart. Cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours then on LOW for about 5 to 6 hours. When meat is done, remove from pot, shred with fork and place back in pot until hot. You may add some hot sauce. This is completely optional. Serve on rolls.
