Classic Meatloaf

1 lb Lean ground chuck
1/2 lb Ground pork
1 cn Tomato sauce; (8 ounce)
2 lg Eggs; beaten
1 c Breadcrumbs
1/2 Onion; chopped
3 tb Minced parsley
3 tb Worcestershire sauce
2 tb Tamari sauce
2 ts Dijon mustard
Salt & black pepper
1 ts Garlic salt
1/2 c Parmesan cheese

In large bowl mix together beef, pork, tomato sauce, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, Worcestershire, tamari, mustard, salt & pepper & garlic salt. Using your hands, blend until well mixed. Lightly pack mixture into a glass loaf pan. Sprinkle 1/4 cup parmesan over top. In microwave, cook uncovered 5 minutes on high. Rotate dish 1/2 turn. Cook another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan. Rotate another 1/2 turn & cook 5 minutes. Remove from microwave. Cover with foil & let meat loaf stand 10 minutes before serving.

Approximately 12-15 minutes.
