Cherry Salsa

1 c Cherries; dark; sweet*
2 tb Basil; chopped fresh
1 tb Green pepper; finely chopped
1 ts Lemon juice
1/4 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts Lemon peel; grated
1/8 ts Salt
1/8 ts Tabasco Sauce

Pit and chop the fresh OR frozen dark sweet cherries and combine with all other ingredients; refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve as a condiment with chicken; turkey or pork. Yield: 3/4 cup.
