County Kerry Pork Roast

1 Fresh picnic ham or shoulder
1 lg Onion; chopped
1 ts Marjoram; crumbled
3/4 c Barbecue sauce
3/4 c Water

Trim excess fat from pork place in slow cooker, sprinkle with onion and marjoram; pour mixture of barbecue sauce and water over; cover. Cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 5 hours, or until pork is tender when pierced with a fork. 3. Slice hot.
